DIVING LESSONS
This is a 'learn to dive program' with beginner
level of instruction
GOALS
-To learn the approach and hurdle; for the purpose of safe manipulation of the diving board
-To learn basic dives to include the front dive, back dive, Inward dive, front somersault and twisters
-To reach the NOVICE TEAM
-We Now have a 3-meter board at our new facility and will introduce
students to the higher level board with our instruction
Beginners - ages 8-18 with no previous experience
